Masks MUST be worn at ALL times except on the field practice. Managers will wear masks at all times.

With the exception of Tee Ball and Farm, parents are not allowed to attend practice. Parents will wait outside practice facility.

Tee Ball and Farm parents MUST wear masks, maintain social distancing, and be outside field fencing at ALL times. They will be guided to not sit anywhere the kids will be entering or exiting the field of play.

Players will enter the field through the first base dugout gate.  Players will exit the field through the third base dugout gate.

A Manager, Coach, or Approved Team Parent will ask health questions and record answers for covid tracing.

No one except players, managers, coaches, and an approved team parent are allowed on the field during practice.

Hand sanitizer will be readily available and players should be encouraged to use it between activities.

Equipment should not be shared between players during games or practices (only exception being baseballs).  Shared league bats must be wiped with disinfectant and allowed to dry prior to use by different players.

Helmets are not to be shared during games or practices, and should be sanitized by coaches and parents between events.  Players are encouraged to bring their own batting helmets, those who do not, will use the same league issued for the entirety of the game or practice.

Players are encouraged to bring their own water bottle and may remove their mask to drink when social distance is observed. No sharing of food or drink between participants.

No sunflower seeds or gum allowed at any event.

Players will be released to parents individually as to avoid bottleneck situations at gates or pick up locations.

Approved team parents will be there to take attendance, ask health questions, disinfect shared equipment (except baseballs), and get kids to parents if they need anything.

NOTE:  An approved team parent is one that is assigned to the team and has passed the background check.
